Loan Documentation/Accounting Administrator (Downingtown)

This position is responsible for the timely creation of all internal bank-prepared new commercial loan documentation packages and change in term documents, as well as perfecting the bank’s security interests in all loan collateral. He/she will prepare all payoff quotes for all loan types and will post and review loan payment transactions on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have two or more years of direct experience working in a documentation preparation environment, reviewing loan packages, and working with LaserPro to create documentation for commercial term loans, lines of credit, letters of credit, and for real estate loans, including mortgages and construction loans. He/she will have proficient verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Treasury Management Support Administrator (West Chester)

This position provides required technical support, training, set-up, and maintenance of Treasury Management products and services. He/she provides administrative support in scanning and filing of documents and supports department during audits and provides necessary information as requested.
