This position manages accounts receivable for difficult accounts, contacts customers to review collection attempts to date, manages agreed-upon Promise to Pay plans, and recommends accounts for transfer to outside attorneys/agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare or long-term care billing, and experience with healthcare billing software.

This position delivers custom queries and reports from the HRIS System to support management’s data requests, assists with maintaining all human resources related tables and codes in accordance with best practices, and reports blatant data errors to the appropriate function.
