This position provides site HR support in coordination with other HR teams; supports, develops, and coaches people managers; builds and maintains effective union relations; and provides advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance-related issues and terminations.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in an HR or business-related discipline; significant post-graduation HR experience; union/labor relations experience; and experience working in an operations and/or manufacturing environment.

Production Manager

This position ensures the safety of staff, plant personnel, visitors, and contractors; manages the fabrication of products in a precious metal manufacturing environment; and coordinates raw materials, allocates appropriate resources, assures quality workmanship, and accounts for inventory.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five to ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment; prior supervision and project team lead experience; and knowledge of processing parameters for platinum alloys/base metals.

Learning Specialist

This position serves as primary contact point and support for training activities; distributes internal communications of learning events through various media; and ensures that instructional materials are up to date and staged for usage in any training program.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and experience with learning and development or training activities; good facilitation, presentation, and group management skills; and superior communication and influencing skills.
