This position provides information to clients concerning standard testing programs, sample preparation, associated documentation, and pricing; writes statements of work and quotes; and writes storage agreements and yearly inventory summaries.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in science, business, or marketing; one to two years of customer service or related experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.

Technician I Analytical Services
This position performs laboratory activities necessary for analytical services, including reagent preparation, laboratory maintenance/monitoring, and routine testing of client samples; updates sample-tracking databases; and maintains chemical inventory for the laboratory.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, chemistry, or a related discipline; and up to one year of related industry experience in an analytical science area in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or contract laboratory environment.

This position helps coordinate and/or provide training for department personnel; provides, coordinates, and schedules new hire orientation and on-the-job training; and ensures that all training provided meets quality and regulatory requirements and is documented appropriately.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline; and two to four years of related experience in a cGMP laboratory facility and training environment.
