This position assists with the management of the order-to-cash process, including invoicing, audit, analysis, communication, and collaboration with accounting and controllership; and assists with ongoing improvements and implementation of order-to-cash automation.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience and strong prior role advocacy; experience with Netsuite and Salesforce.com; and strong organization and back office accounting and data processing abilities.

Principal User Experience Designer

This position communicates complex technological concepts in a simplified, visual form; designs with consistency and an attention to detail; contributes to UI guidelines and maintenance; and contributes to building and influencing the company’s emerging UX practice.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of leading design efforts for product development or complex business systems and applications; experience educating non-designers on the value of UX; and working familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Agile environments.

Senior Technical Architect

This position supports highly complex accounts by gaining access and managing relationships with executive level technical staff and decision makers; devises new approaches to selling enterprise products and services; and qualifies highly complex sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in engineering or computer science; a minimum of 15 years of IT experience and five years of integration architecture experience; and experience in architecting and implementing highly scalable, high throughput web applications.
