Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

ModSpace, in Berwyn, is seeking an experienced and qualified experienced Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst. The Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst will support the Finance, the executive team, sales and operation directors, and field managers by supporting the systems that provide key decision making information and analysis.  Further, the Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst will be expert in the underlying business processes that impact our systems and business intelligence.

The qualified applicant must have 5 years of analytics and project management or other relevant experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, Business Management, Computer Science or other business oriented degree required. An MBA or equivalent graduate degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science or Information Systems is highly preferred.

MedBuild Sales Manager

ModSpace, in Berwyn, is looking for a full-time Sales Manager. The Sales Manager owns assigned geographic region and customer base, is expected to achieve revenue & margin targets for MedBuild quarterly and annually, and is a subject matter expert with strong knowledge of both Custom Modular Construction and the continuum of Healthcare facilities and services.

The qualified applicant must have a BS/BA degree, and a minimum of 10 years of sales/business development experience in the construction industry. The person applying for this position must be capable of selling and closing large proposals through a lengthy selling cycle.

Industrial Engineer

ModSpace, in Berwyn, is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer. This experienced professional will work across our business to map current operational processes, determine the most effective way to deliver products and services, and work with functional leaders to increase productivity, reduce operating costs, maximize efficiency and manage human capital more effectively.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, 10 years, minimum, professional experience in Industrial Engineering, and at least 3 years of experience working in a service environment.
