Phoenixville native Hadley Hartmetz is the lone Pennsylvanian on the roster. She is currently a senior at Shattuck-St. Mary’s, a prep school in Faribault, Minn.

Last month, Hartmetz, a defender, signed her national letter of intent to play collegiately at Boston College.

“We have a strong core of returning players who know what it takes to succeed on the world stage, as well as some really bright, young talent, and we’re excited to see what they can do together,” said Maura Crowell, coach of the Under-18 Women’s National Team. “We’re looking forward to what will certainly be an exciting tournament in Japan next month.”

A camp will be held in Los Angeles from Dec. 28-Jan. 2 before the team departs for Japan.
