North Penn High School graduate Juliarose Genuardi won the individual championship to lead West Chester University’s women’s golf team to its first conference title at the 2018 PSAC Women’s Golf Championships at Hershey Country Club’s East Course.

“It was exciting to see the team come together and play three solid rounds,” coach Doug Hendricks said. “Our preparation over the last three weeks gave us the confidence to compete at such a high level for 54 holes.”

Genuardi shot an 83 in very windy conditions to stay out in front of the field and win the school’s first individual championship. She led the field after all three days of the tournament.

Jamie Bratton

Bratton, who graduated from WCU with a degree in Marketing, will join Innovative Benefit Planning in Moorestown, N.J., as Director of Development and Communications.

“I am excited for the opportunity to continue to advance Innovative’s brand, growth, and reputation in the employee benefits industry,” she said. “I look forward to bringing my skills and experience to our clients and prospects.”

Bratton began her career in dental medical devices as a marketing communications manager, and most recently worked for a South Jersey law firm, creating print and digital marketing campaigns and strategic programs.

Dr. Daniel Greenstein

The new chancellor for Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education will meet with students, faculty, staff, and trustees today from 3-4:30 PM at Philips Memorial Hall in the Autograph Library.

Dr. Greenstein is touring each of the 14 universities within the State System.
