Although Victory Brewing Company opened its doors in 1996, its local founders started their business with a home-brewing kit in 1985 and it has grown to include three taprooms, a production capacity of more than 100,000 barrels of beer a year, and a reputation as one of the best breweries in America.

Taproom/Front-of-House Manager (Downingtown)

This position oversees all restaurant operations, including staff supervision, hiring, and training and daily maintenance; ensures smooth front-of-house operations at all times; and assists with all sales and reporting tracking and associated report preparation.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of work experience as a restaurant manager; knowledge of craft beer styles and the industry; previous experience working in various other restaurant roles; and knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

Brand Experience Specialist (Downingtown)

This position executes monthly event calendars for each taproom to drive new customer traffic and increased revenue; revises and updates event programs to improve guest experience; and monitors, tracks, and responds to online reviews and escalates to management as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one to two years of experience in hospitality, sales, or promotion-related fields; and expertise in social media and experience with digital marketing and CRM tools.

Sous Chef (Parkesburg)

This position works with the executive chef to develop menus for weekly featured selections and special events; helps develop unique ways to pair craft beers with menu design; oversees inventory management and supplies procurement; and manages opening and closing procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of restaurant industry experience and serve safe certification; strong knowledge of craft beer and/or serious interest in learning methods of using beer in cooking and food pairings; and effective communication skills.
