The Senior Analyst in Compensation at Vanguard supports the broader compensation team with the development and execution of Vanguard’s global compensation strategy in alignment with the Company’s overarching total rewards philosophy and Employee Value Proposition.

The Financial Writer at Vanguard is responsible for researching and writing copy used in promotional, shareholder education, and other communications materials as well as creating accurate, high-quality copy in a timely manner that meets business objectives and can be used in variety of communications projects.

Candidates should an undergraduate degree in journalism, English, or an equivalent combination of training and experience, at least 5 years of relevant professional writing experience, preferably with newspapers, PR agencies or corporate communication departments and the ability to grasp complex concepts and convert them into clear, readable prose.

Head of Security Strategy & Management

The Head of Security Strategy & Management at Vanguard is responsible for managing the overall Security organization’s strategy and governance-related responsibilities, leading the strategy and innovation for programs across multiple security domains, and managing a central project management office that delivers capabilities to enable the security organization.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 8 to 10 years of related experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, including interviewing and presentation skills, and demonstrated thought leadership in technical and business situations.
