Tradeshow Meeting Planner
This position coordinates onsite management for multiple events a year; works with vendors to address meeting room requirements and food and beverage selections; keeps the meeting master calendar up to date with staffing assignments and location.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, project management, or business administration; a minimum of three years of relevant experience; knowledge of AV equipment and meeting room set up; and excellent customer service skills.

Managing Editor
This position defines editorial strategy and establishes editorial direction and policies for the publication; acquires print and online content; and formulates ad and editorial calendars, establishes production schedules, and creates promotional pieces.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, or communications; familiarity with web-based manuscript tracking systems; strong proofreading and editing skills, including proficiency in AMA Manual of Style; and experience using Final Cut or related software.

Assistant Print Production Manager
This position manages complex print projects, including maintaining schedules, budgets, and specifications; provides accurate estimates and purchases of printed materials; and collaborates with designers, project managers, and vendors to create production timelines.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and experience working with Adobe Acrobat and InDesign; strong communications and project management skills; knowledge of the printing/production industry; and previous direct mail experience.
