Rules: Double-Elimination Adult Tag-Team Tricycle Relay Race at the Benchmark Twilight Cycling Classic (Must be 18 or older to compete)

We’ll provide the tricycles, you provide the riders. The Tolsdorf Trike Challenge, sponsored by Tolsdorf Oil Lube Express is a series of hot-handed, cold-blooded heats down Gay Street on adult-sized tricycles. Any business, group or organization is invited to enter as many 5-member teams as they wish.

Since its inception in 2014, the Tolsdorf Trike Challenge has become legendary for its mix of good-natured trash talk and take-no-prisoners competitiveness among local businesses, groups and organizations that face off against each other.

Each team must consist of five riders with at least one person of the opposite sex. “For this year, the field will be limited to 16 teams,” said Mark Yoder, President of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, organizer of the Benchmark Twilight Cycling Classic of which the trike race is a part. “There are just a few slots still available, so businesses that think they are up to the task should sign up as soon as possible.”

Three Wheels, one winner! The victorious team members will be awarded VIP passes to the lavish Crit Club during the Benchmark Twilight Cycling Classic where they will enjoy a delicious buffet and a prime view of the racing action.

In addition, the winning team will receive the coveted Trike Challenge Trophy, engraved with the victorious team’s name, a testament to their hard-won victory. A portion of the proceeds benefits Kase’s Corner, a non-profit organization that promotes awareness for those battling diabetes while contributing to related charitable organizations.
