Cycling fans have a new way to keep up with the pro action leading up to the Benchmark Twilight Cycling Classic taking place on Saturday, August 11, in West Chester.

The Benchmark Twilight Cycling Classic takes place on the streets of downtown West Chester, PA. The iconic event offers a wide range of exciting racing action and family-focused festivities that include the Iron Hill Twilight Pro Men’s Criterium, Brumbaugh Wealth Management Pro Women’s Criterium, Rothman Institute Amateur Criterium, West Chester Dental Arts Kids’ Race, Tolsdorf Trike Challenge, Community Festival and Kids’ Zone.

USA CRITS has announced live streaming for all of this year’s series of races as well as on-demand access to past events. This service, available exclusively through USACRITS.tv, will consists of 11 races, including the Benchmark Twilight Cycling Classic as well as the final to be held in Atlantic City on September 15.

“We’ll also be covering some of the other races surrounding these events,” said Scott Morris, USA CRITS Development Director. “Beyond the live broadcasts, members will have access to more than 20 events from previous seasons.” Pro races from past years at West Chester are expected to be part of this historic archive.

USA CRITS Series Director Gene Dixon takes pride in the many innovations his team has developed over the course of shooting more than 50 cycling events for the USA CRITS Series.

“These include live timing, new camera technology and on-screen graphics, allowing viewers to follow the action in more depth and greater context as the races progress,” said Dixon. “And we will continue to incorporate new and better ways to help our viewers experience the thrilling rush of what it is like to hit a 90-degree turn at 30 miles an hour on 25mm tires.”
