Seniors Helping Seniors is looking for people to provide personal care and companionship services to seniors in need of support to remain living independently. It will host a job fair on Tuesday, June 19 from 12-3 PM in Exton at the Chester County Library, in the Burke Meeting Room.
Seniors Helping Seniors is looking for compassionate, friendly, and flexible mature adults who want to make a positive difference in the life of a senior by providing one or several of the following services:
- housekeeping and laundry
- meal preparation
- transportation, shopping, and errands
- personal care and grooming
Interested candidates should be at least 21 years old, possess good communication skills, have access to a reliable car and hold a valid driver’s license, be able to clear a background check, and pass a written competency exam at hire.
Seniors Helping Seniors thoughtfully pairs its employees with clients who share things in common – such as former professions, hobbies, or upbringing – to maximize social engagement. The relationship that forms is rewarding for all involved.
