Located in West Chester, Schramm is a manufacturer and supplier to the hydraulic drill industry, supplying companies in the mining, energy, geothermal, and water sectors in major markets across the world, including China, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, Russia, and Chile.

Equipment/Mechanical Service Representative

This position processes domestic and international customer service orders as they come in; answers client requests or inquiries concerning parts and service orders; and performs the service requirements portion of the new parts monitor.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in a technical or mechanical customer service environment; a proven mechanical aptitude; and strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
