
Equipment/Mechanical Service Representative
This position processes domestic and international customer service orders as they come in; answers client requests or inquiries concerning parts and service orders; and performs the service requirements portion of the new parts monitor.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in a technical or mechanical customer service environment; a proven mechanical aptitude; and strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
