Manager – Accounting Services

This position will function in various capacities including Accounting Manager, Controller, CFO, or Project Manager for clients, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. He/she will prepare miscellaneous and accounting reports, and participate in various ad hoc projects. The person will oversee all aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, and perform due diligence for potential acquisitions, assist in raising equity, and integrate new acquisitions into existing operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field, and have at least six years of related experience. He/she should have effective verbal and written communications skills, including presentation and active listening skills. The person should have experience with SEC reporting, and a strong dedication to teamwork.

Business Process Consultant/Analyst

AC Lordi has multiple full- and part-time opportunities available for seasoned professionals to join its Business Advisory practice. Preferred candidates will have a proven track record of success and have the right mix of business systems, process, organization, and people skills to help clients diagnose problems, identify improvement opportunities, and then convert these opportunities into business process improvement realization.

Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience participating in and leading business process change, including ERP implementations, operational improvement initiatives, acquisition integration, divestiture carve outs, etc. They will have a thorough understanding of process improvement models and associated methodologies, and will have experience leading process redesign workshops and educating business users responsible for managing the processes.
