IT Enterprise Architect

This position strategically designs, develops, and implements a big data platform that supports the creation of a unified data platform, houses raw and refined data from various sources of record, and maintains metadata repositories and data lineage.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of seven to ten years of work experience as a data or information architect; strong understanding of relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices; and direct experience in implementing enterprise data management processes.

Fraud Associate

This position reviews and investigates potentially fraudulent activity that is flagged throughout the loan verification process; presents products and provides services and support to customers; and works closely with the fraud analytics team to provide insight to fraud rule performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a contact center and in a customer service setting; experience in fraud detection and/or a finance environment; and familiarity with banking rules and regulations.

Contact Center Team Lead

This position assists in implementing new telephony and technology solutions to streamline business processes; helps enhance online customer self-service capabilities; and supervises and effectively engages a team of 12 to 15 contact center associates and assistant leads.

The ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary degree in business or a related discipline; three years of experience in a call or contact center environment; a minimum of three years of management experience; and exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
