Financial Analyst

Communications Test Design Incorporation, in East Goshen, is seeking a Financial Analyst who has the ability to work well in a matrix-structured environment. The Analyst will be responsible for the daily profit and loss forecasting and analysis, overseeing the financial inventory control process, product pricing and budgeting, building databases and developing queries and calculations for financial reports.

The qualified applicant will have a B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field, and at least 3 years experience in a financial role. A demonstrated knowledge of Oracle, Excel and Access or other data management experience is required.

Network Engineer

Communications Test Design Incorporation, in East Goshen, is looking for a Network Engineer. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining WAN / LAN networks in CTDI’s facilities across the United States. The Network Engineer will be expected to create detailed design documentation and implementation plans. This role also involves interfacing with business units, customers, and foreign branches to determine requirements and develop secure, robust connections between those partners.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 3 years experience with a Cisco based network, and the ability to design Layer 2 and Layer 3 solutions.

Quality Manager

Communications Test Design Incorporation in East Goshen is seeking a Quality Manager to plan and direct activities of a complex nature to assure that all processes are carried out per defined procedures and standards. The optimal candidate will establish goals and priorities for Branch Quality function based upon Corporate, Divisional, local and customer input, and direct, coach and manage local quality team that consists of quality technicians and inspectors on daily base to ensure planned outcome.

The qualified applicant must have a B.S. Degree in related Engineering Discipline, at least 5 years experience in Quality function or with Quality concepts and tools, and a minimum 2 years in leadership role.
