Alexis Kletjian, the award-winning jewelry designer from Kennett Square, has seen her collections appear in hit shows and movies on the big and small screen, writes Shelby Vaccaro for the DuBois (Pa.) Courier Express.

Kletjian, who is fascinated with antique and vintage jewelry, found inspiration for her designs during her own struggles to find jewelry to fit her small frame. She started her own jewelry-making business seven years ago, but never dreamed her pieces would one day appear on the silver screen.

Kletjian’s pieces have appeared on HBO’s Silicon Valley, ABC’s How to Get Away with Murder, and in the film, Bad Moms 2.

Today, her work attracts collectors from all parts of the world.

Kletjan says she finds inspiration in everyday things and the people around her.

“It could be a shirt I’m wearing, it could be a gemstone, or how I am feeling at the moment,” she said.
