Clinical Data Abstractor

This position performs medical record reviews and data abstractions for CMS and Joint Commission quality measures; performs chart audits as needed; and compiles accurate, consistent, and timely medical record chart abstraction.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Pennsylvania LPN or RN license; experience with Core Measures Abstraction; excellent computer skills, specifically in working with spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations; and previous acute care clinical experience.

Quality Improvement Coordinator

This position supports the hospital in analyzing current practice patterns and identifies areas for improvement; develops methods to help implement and evaluate improvement changes; and supports performance improvement activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, public health, or any other healthcare or clinical major; and three to five years of experience in quality improvement activities, including data collection and management.

Chief Financial Officer

This position evaluates the organization’s financial position and issues regular reports on its financial stability, liquidity, and growth; develops and implements financial policies and procedures; and supervises cost analysis and makes rate recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance and/or CPA certification; a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare finance and three years of CFO experience; and strong understanding of the principles of financial management.
