Michael Louis, chair of MacElree Harvey’s Banking and Finance Litigation Practice, will be a panelist at the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce’s nonprofit discussion session – entitled “Legal Issues for Nonprofit Boards” – on Thursday, May 10.
