General Manager (Kennett Square)

This position achieves company objectives in sales, service, and cleanliness; makes employment and termination decisions; and ensures that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are completed on a timely basis.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management experience; experience with MS Office, Aloha, and other industry software; and knowledge of service and food and beverage.

Accounts Payable Clerk

This position charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports; maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions; and verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in accounting; experience in an accounting department performing all aspects of accounts payable; and proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Analytical Chemist

This position collects, organizes, and reports QA/QC data from raw materials through packaging; performs chemical and analytical testing on product samples; and maintains, calibrates, and verifies accuracy of equipment and instrumentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or will have graduated from brewing school with lab experience; a minimum of three years of relevant experience; and familiarity with ASBC methods of analysis.

Millwright

This position repairs and maintains brewing, clarification, packaging, and plant utility equipment; uses lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate parts; and moves, assembles, and installs industrial machinery components.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of related experience; apprenticeship or formal military training; and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision.
