Senior Loan Documentation/Accounting Administrator (Downingtown)

This position is responsible for the timely creation of all internal bank-prepared new commercial loan documentation packages and change in term documents, as well as perfecting the bank’s security interests in all loan collateral. He/she will prepare all payoff quotes for all loan types and will post and review loan payment transactions on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have two or more years of direct experience working in a documentation preparation environment, reviewing loan packages, and working with LaserPro to create documentation for commercial term loans, lines of credit, letters of credit, and for real estate loans, including mortgages and construction loans. He/she will have proficient verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

This position establishes, develops, and maintains client referral relationships with professionals, provides loan and business referrals to other operation areas of the bank, generates residential mortgage application volume, and provides quality customer-oriented residential mortgage services.
