Following last year’s merger of DNB First and East River Bank of Philadelphia, the combined bank has significantly expanded its Mortgage Lending operations, and also added three new members to the mortgage team to better serve borrowers and real estate professionals across the Greater Philadelphia market.

In August, DNB First launched its new online Home Loan Center, an application portal for mortgage and home equity products that provides customers with quicker turnaround times, faster approvals, and enhanced service. With the new Home Loan Center, customers can explore rates, fees and products, complete an application in minutes, and get instant approvals. A customized rate watch service is also available to borrowers who are looking for specific rates and term targets.

DNB First Mortgage offerings can accommodate a variety of property types, including primary, second home, and investment properties. Fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs) are available, including loan amounts of up to $2,000,000. Additionally, DNB First also offers construction loans to help with the unique challenges of building a new home.
