AmerisourceBergen Moves Closer to Choosing New Office Space

By

Chesterbrook-based AmerisourceBergen has narrowed down its search for new office space to several sites, with the majority them in Conshohocken, writes Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The lease AmerisourceBergen currently has in Chesterbrook is due to expire in 2020. This relatively short time frame leaves the pharmaceutical company with only a small window should it opt to construct a new office building, as this would take at least 18 months to complete.

Currently, the company is looking for space of between 300,000 and 400,000 square feet. Among the various options it has focused on in Conshohocken are Equus Capital Partners’ 330,000-square-foot office building at West Elm Street, and the Seven Tower Bridge on Washington Street proposed by Oliver Tyrone Pulver.

The company is also considering The Village at Valley Forge in King of Prussia.
