Recently acquired by Reading Health System (now known as Tower Health), West Brandywine-based Brandywine Hospital, a 169-bed community hospital with over 200 employees, has over 40 full-and part time open positions posted including:

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant at Brandywine Hospital serves as the point person for the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Team, with primary responsibility for supporting the CEO/Executive Team including handling of all scheduling, travel logistics, meeting preparation, meeting follow up and internal meetings as well as managing the CEO/Executive Team’s inbound and outbound communication.

Candidates should have an Associates or Bachelor degree with two to five years’ experience supporting senior managers.

Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant provides general support to the hospital’s HR department in a wide range of human resource services in the day-to-day operation of the department including onboarding new hires, database maintenance, employee verifications, auditing and file maintenance.

The ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a minimum of one-year experience in a Human Resources environment.

Administrative Director of Behavioral Health

The Administrative Director of Behavioral Health at Brandywine Hospital is the designated leader for the hospital’s Behavioral Health Pavilion and is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating behavioral health departmental activities as well as providing direct support and guidance to the staff.

In addition to a Master’s degree in Psychology, candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of behavioral health acute care experience, excellent interpersonal and time management skills and have a track record of growing Behavioral Health revenue to meet budgetary goals and objectives.
