Exton’s Mold N’ More Decontamination has come out with a cleaning solution that the company’s executives believe will overcome the toughest situations, writes Brian McCullough for the Daily Local News.

Founded by former Coatesville Area School District teacher and Lower Merion policeman Bill Young 12 years ago, the company claims that their solution can clean anything from mold in buildings to firefighters’ uniforms.

Young runs Mold N’ More along with his two sons and nephew. It specializes in mold remediation and air-quality issues, and has so far focused on the private real estate sector. Now, it is starting to branch out into the government sector, where mold concerns in schools have been occurring for years.

“I’m tied in with the Suburban West Realtor School, and mold has become a big issue,” said Young. “More and more clients are buyers asking for mold inspections. What they have are moisture issues, not mold issues.”

The company now hopes to build on its success in this area by adding hospitals, prisons, and other government institutions to its customer list.
