Branch Manager

This position trains and develops district managers and route sales people, utilizes computer software to measure and analyze branch objectives, develops relationships with key customers, and prepares branch business plans to achieve sales goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, two to five years of experience in a sales role, previous supervisory experience, and a minimum of two years of experience in a branch or operations management role.

Maintenance Supervisor

This position directs the activities of the maintenance mechanics, responds to production management needs regarding preventative maintenance and breakdowns, and suggests changes to increase the efficiency of the work crew.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree; two to four years of related experience and/or training; and knowledge of a variety of software, including web browsers, spreadsheets, presentations, word processing, and CMMS.
