Free Beer Fundraiser for Colonial Theatre Set for Tonight in Phoenixville

Ornery Ales Productions, in conjunction with Root Down Brewery, is hosting a fundraiser for The Colonial Theatre, entitled “Firkins for Films,” on Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 7 PM at the Root Down Brewery in Phoenixville.

IPA beer made from only Pennsylvania ingredients will be free, while supplies last. Donations are welcome, and all money collected will benefit The Colonial Theatre.

Root Down Brewery is one of the newest breweries in Phoenixville. It’s showing the community that it’s indeed putting down its roots in Phoenixville by hosting a fundraiser for a town landmark: The Colonial Theatre.
