Call Center Specialist (Berwyn)

This position addresses membership and/or program inquiries and concerns, supports member engagement activities through outbound calls, contacts members to share timely program information, and observes member registration pattern.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of recent experience in customer service, creative problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of computer programs, including CISCO Jabber, Microsoft Office, and more.

Maintenance Technician (Kennett)

This position cleans all aspects of the interior and exterior of the facility, sets up and breaks down rooms as needed, and performs general facilities maintenance, including troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one year of experience in the custodial field, three years of experience in the facility field, and mechanical and electrical experience.

Personal Trainer (West Brandywine)
