Chief Quality Officer

This position plans, administers, and monitors the readiness of all quality management, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes; and oversees and coordinates all hospital compliance monitoring efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related health field; a minimum of three years of experience in an acute care facility; and clear working knowledge of general hospital operations, Joint Commission, OSHA, Medicare COP, and state requirements.

Director of Perioperative Services

This position directs and coordinates nursing care; maintains required staffing; and acts as a liaison between hospital administration and staff in the surgical suites, PACU, PAT, SPU, and Central Sterile Processing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a health related field, current RN license, a minimum of five to ten years of experience in a management role or position of responsibility, and current CPR certification.

ER Tech

This position gathers patient information from emergency room patients; assists in the processing of admissions, discharges, and insurance verification; and maintains emergency room treatment records.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; proficiency in patient care and oral communication skills; a minimum of one year of experience as a nursing assistant, EMT, monitor tech, or unit secretary.
