Director of Operations

This position is responsible for formulating policy, developing programming, running operations at corporate sites, operating other various sites upon growth of company, strategic planning, sales and marketing, and determining human resources needs.

The ideal candidate will be a certified personal trainer and, preferably, a TRX strength and conditioning coach. He/she will have a minimum of one to two years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The person will have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Mind Body Online Software, and must be adaptable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.

Health Coach/Trainer Specialist (Philadelphia)

This position will be responsible for exercise supervision, programming, and facility orientations, and will assist with daily operations of fitness center, membership recruitment, administrative duties, event coordination, program, and budget planning and reporting. He/she will administer fitness assessments, provide results counseling, and promote and assist with reaching the personal training goals. The person will teach group exercise classes three to four times per week, and assist with and implement incentive programs.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in health/fitness or a related field, and will have ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification. He/she will have group exercise experience and current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. The person will have excellent customer service skills, sales ability, and the ability to work in a team environment.
