Inside Sales Rep

This position manages an assigned portfolio of customers and prospects, and increases revenue by uncovering new opportunities and increasing market share. He/she makes 55+ outbound calls per day to engaged and unengaged customers and prospects to develop leads and increase sales. The person works closely with multiple teams to manage and grow accounts, including outside sales teams and internal departments.

The ideal candidate will have great listening, closing, and communication skills. The person will have strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a changing work environment in a positive manner.

AM Driver/Ops Assistant

This position maintains the current schedule, procedure books, and computer files. He/she calls drivers for start times, manifests for drivers, and interacts with drivers on a daily basis. The person answers the phone, schedules delivery appointments, performs general office duties, and assists in all areas of office operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. The person will have good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Overage, Shortage, and Damage Rep

This position fields calls from drivers on delivery discrepancies and contacts customers and other terminals to resolve OS&D problems. He/she inspects and tags OS&D freight and prepares related bills as needed. The person is involved in all OS&D-related issues and assists in projects as needed by terminal management.

The ideal candidate will have professional, friendly telephone etiquette and will be able to tactfully and diligently handle irate customers. He/she will have good computer skills and an eye for detail. The person will preferably have prior dock operations experience.
