Pro Cyclists Race Through Streets of West Chester in Benchmark Twilight Cycling Classic

Rebecca Worthington, Vice President of Marketing and David F. LaSala, President/CEO, both of Benchmark Federal Credit Union, together with Mark Yoder, President of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, present the top three pro men finishers at the Benchmark Twilight Cycling Classic in West Chester: First Place, Philip Short (Nine Lives Carbon Repair); Second Place, Matthew Salpietro (Texas Roadhouse); Third Place, David Winston (Palmetto State Medical). The race took place Saturday, August 12, 2017.

With the sun setting on Saturday, more than 125 pro cyclists raced through the historic streets of downtown West Chester in the Benchmark Twilight Cycling Classic.

The top three finishers in the Iron Hill Twilight Pro Men’s Criterium were:

  • First Place: Philip Short (Nine Lives Carbon Repair)
  • Second Place: Matthew Salpietro (Texas Roadhouse)
  • Third Place: David Winston (Palmetto State Medical)

The top three finishers in the Brumbaugh Wealth Management Pro Women’s Criterium were:

  • First Place: Marlies Medias (Weber Shimano Ladies Power)
  • Second Place: Kirstin Bluhm (Fearless Femme Racing)
  • Third Place: Laura Van Gilder (Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers)

The Benchmark Twilight Cycling Classic was presented by the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce.
