Director of Philanthropic Initiatives

This position develops a portfolio of individual, major-giving prospects using a moves management system; cultivates relationships with annual, major, and planned giving prospects; and encourages philanthropic support and investment in the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in a development office setting with a focus on annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and/or corporate relations work.

Senior Behavior Analyst

This position assists in the design, development, and delivery of clinical services, coordinates clinical training for staff, and ensures that training design is consistent with internal models of program development and clinical treatment.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree or Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis, clinical psychology, or a closely related discipline; BCBA certification; and five to ten years of clinical experience in applied behavioral settings.

Behavior Support Specialist

This position provides educational instruction to assigned students in a structured classroom environment, implements appropriately tailored teaching plans, and assists behavior analysts with staff feedback and training.
