The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, though CPA certification or an MBA are preferred, a minimum of four years of experience in construction financial management and/or external construction audits, and five years of supervisory experience.

Project Administrator

This position facilitates and assists with the assembly of project-related reports and manuals, coordinates information between the work site and the home office, and manages documentation and files for all assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three to five years of administrative assistant experience, excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Estimator

This position prepares detailed conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction estimates; prepares and analyzes cost models; and ensures that the estimates are accurate, complete, and reflect the actual requirements of the project.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an accredited construction-related curriculum or equivalent experience, five years of experience as an estimator, and five to ten years of construction-related experience.

Project Manager

This position establishes and communicates the project execution plan, monitors and evaluates construction progress and trade performance, and manages the financial aspects of contracts to protect client and company interests.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, around three years of experience as an assistant project manager, and five to ten years of general construction experience.
