Exton’s Pour House, a craft-beer bar offering upscale pub fare, has been awarded “Best Place to Watch a Game” by Philly Beer Scene.

The honor was presented at the 2017 Best of the Philly Beer Scene Awards Show at World Café Live during a celebration among Philadelphia’s who’s who of craft beer.

The awards are determined through a two-week fan vote, once Philly Beer Scene names the nominees.

The Pour House offers the perfect spot for guests to savor their favorite craft beer while watching a game and sharing a great meal with friends or family in a fun, relaxed environment. Its spacious seating makes it an opportune pick to catch a professional sports game on its 23 televisions.

“Craft beer and watching sports go hand in hand, and we love that our guests can count on The Pour House to relax with a good beer and meal while we show their favorite game,” said Chris Webb, Director of Operations for the P.J.W. Restaurant Group.

The Pour House opened its doors in June 2013, and features more than 30 beers on tap and 100 in bottles and cans, with a weekly rotating brew featured in a fresh firkin.

“It’s always awesome to see Philly beer fans vote for The Pour House,” said Bob Platzer, President of the P.J.W. Restaurant Group. “We believe we are ‘a better beer bar’ and so much more, and are encouraged to see our customers agree.”
