Facilities Manager

This position plans, coordinates, and directs all facilities-related activities of the organization by maintaining the database of all facility-related assets, managing security and access systems, and negotiating and administering vendor and consultant contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Highway Design Specialist

This position assists with the preparation of proposals and SOIs and keeps project on schedule and on budget by developing, maintaining, and monitoring design schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a current EIT certification or PE license, experience with project delivery for PennDOT and PA Turnpike Commission, and familiarity with permitting requirements and clearance processes.

Transportation Planning Specialist

This position assists in the analysis of project field data, reports, maps, blueprints, and tests, obtains, and analyzes regional transportation planning data, and assists in the preparation and modification of project planning documents.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Engineer in Training certification, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Municipal Traffic Engineer

This position reviews municipal subdivision and land development applications, traffic impact and circulation studies, and zoning ordinances, assists in capital improvement planning, and analyzes and interprets demographic and other regional transportation planning data.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, EIT certification, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of CADD Software such as Microstation or AutoCAD.
