Divisional Trainer

This position designs, develops, and delivers training to support field training specialists and convey store operations and functions; designs, develops, and presents content for company meeting and conferences; and recruits, onboards, and certifies new field training specialists as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline; a minimum of three years of related training experience, including operations experience in storage and/or retail; and functional knowledge of learning and development principles, including creating learning aids.

Director of Acquisitions

This position expands existing partnerships and establishes new relationships with self-storage operators, developers, and prospective sellers; oversees purchase negotiations, due diligence, and closing support; and presents investment opportunities to the investment committee.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline and an MBA; a minimum of five years of progressively responsible commercial real estate analysis and/or asset management experience; and experience with the real estate transaction process.

Pricing Analyst

This position reviews and determines pricing for stores across the country using the company’s proprietary pricing model; proposes and evaluates changes to the company’s promotions and discounts; and creates, maintains, and improves internal reports on operational trends and pricing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, engineering, or a related discipline; up to two years of pricing or accounting experience; experience with SQL; and proficiency with Excel, including experience using advanced functions and formatting/charting.
