Toll Brothers Drops Home Count on Crebilly Farm Development

By

Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has erased 80 new home lots from its proposed Crebilly Farm development in Westtown Township as a response to concerns raised by neighbors.

What was first introduced as a new development of 317 to as many as 397 homes is now limited to the first 317, according to a Daily Local News report by Ginger Dunbar.

After numerous public hearings, the Westtown Planning Commission recommended the Crebilly Farm conditional use permit to township supervisors, though with 48 conditions, including provisions for open space and historic preservation.

Township supervisors will now take up the issue over the coming months. The next gathering of supervisors is set for 6 PM on March 29 at Rustin High School.
