Esteemed Former Judge Named New Lamb McErlane Partner

Former West Chester district judge, the highly esteemed Dawson “Rich” Muth, has joined forces with Lamb McErlane.

Prestigious law firm Lamb McErlane has welcomed a former West Chester district judge so esteemed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that it appointed him as the first district judge to the Court of Judicial Discipline.

Dawson “Rich” Muth recently joined the West Chester-based portfolio of attorneys at Lamb McErlane. A 16-year partner at Goldberg & Muth, he brings to Lamb McErlane expertise in criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury, as well as valuable experience securing many million-dollar settlements and verdicts.

“Rich is a highly esteemed litigator in Chester County and is a huge presence in the community. We are delighted to welcome him to the firm,” Lamb McErlane Managing Partner Joel L. Frank said.

Muth is presently the solicitor to Chester County Sheriff Carolyn “Bunny” Welsh.
