Tier 2 Client Care Technician

This position troubleshoots and repairs network-based voice and data circuits, routers, switches, servers, and firewalls, provides remote assistance to on-site field engineers, and monitors the network and customer-premised equipment for alarm activity and outages.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of two years of practical work experience in a variety of telecommunications or networking technical areas.

VoIP Engineer

This position performs VoIP provisioning, configuring, and network operations engineering support, assists with root cause analysis and problem resolution, and tests, installs, implements, and maintains VoIP architecture and configurations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer science engineering, four years of advanced knowledge of technical IP networking and architectures, and CCNA, CCNA Voice, CCNP, and CCVP certifications.
