Whether it’s reading leadership books, practicing key skills or attaining new certifications, remember that you are truly your most important asset. The more you learn, the more you earn.

It’s also wise to surround yourself with great advice, because we typically define ourselves through our key relationships. The next step to getting to that next level is forming a mastermind group or inner circle of like-minded people who support you and your goals.

Take a look at who you currently spend most of your time with, then filter out anyone who limits you while bringing on anyone who can help you tap into your God-given potential. This personal board of directors should be able to bestow the wisdom, knowledge, and character necessary to drive you toward your best year ever.

Finally, put your increased earnings and output back to work by elevating your contribution factor. By giving more than you expect to receive back, as well as under-promising and over-delivering in as many transactions as you can, you’ll soon be able to generate more value than people expect.
