Surgical Sales Representative

This position sells Stryker surgical instruments products in accordance with budgeted objectives and to obtain maximum profitability and volume in a defined territory.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of outside sales experience or, alternatively, a minimum of five years of outside sales experience.

Operating Room Installer

This position takes ownership of operating room construction sites, serving as a point of contact for project managers, electricians, and construction crewmembers, and assists in installing the products.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, two to three years of integration/technical experience, the ability to operate small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment, and experience interpreting A/V and control system flow schematics.

Mako Product Specialist

This position provides surgeons and operating room staff with training and support in the operation of the company’s robotic arm applications and associated equipment and instruments to ensure ideal placement and precision.

The ideal candidate will preferably have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related technical discipline, a minimum of two years of experience in a sales and/or technical environment, and applied knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Surgical Safety Account Executive

This position generates new sales in assigned territories, coordinates trials with new prospective customers, drives the internal approval process for each customer trial, and coordinates the implementation process for new customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of outside sales experience or, alternatively, a minimum of five years of outside sales experience and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
