The ideal candidate will possess two to five years of proven corporate recruiting experience, sales recruiting experience, and strong sourcing and networking skills, including social media networking.

Account Manager, HR Services

This position facilitates the setup of human resources and benefits data into the automated PrimePay benefits administration solution for client implementations, serves as a key liaison with clients for continued client support, and assists with ensuring data integrity, system testing, and data flow analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess two years of experience working on the setup of client benefit plans on benefits administration platforms and experience interpreting benefit plans, either in an outsourcing relationship, with a broker/agency, or in an organization’s HR department.

Client Success Representative

This position works with a team responsible for the onboarding experience of all new PrimePay clients, gathers essential data needed to set up the new client’s payroll system, and guides clients throughout the transition process onto PrimePay services.

The ideal candidate will possess skill with Microsoft Office, experience with general administrative and clerical procedures, and full knowledge of quarterly returns, annual returns, and W-2s.
