This position works from 8 AM-4 PM on Monday through Friday, and will have alternating Saturday shifts from 9 AM-2 PM. Excellent communication skills, professional phone etiquette, efficient typing skills, proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, and Internet applications are required. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.
One year of hotel experience is required, and a hospitality degree is preferred. The applicant must be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and be detail-oriented.
