This position performs general, routine maintenance around the hotel as needed on a flexible schedule.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably with another hotel.

This position assists hotel customers by managing reservation requests made online and over the phone.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a hospitality degree, one year of relevant hotel experience, proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, and Internet applications, and excellent customer service, communication, and phone skills.
