Two Local Industrial Support Firms Join Forces, Add Value to Region’s Thriving Pharma Culture

r-vA pair of Chester County industrial support businesses have joined forces to add value to the region’s thriving pharma and life science culture.

R-V Industries of Honey Brook has acquired Exton’s Genesis Packaging Technologies, according to a Packaging Business Review staff report.

“The Genesis team has established their products and services as best-in-class within the pharmaceutical and life science markets,” R-V Industries President Kirk Putt said.

genesis-packagingR-V offers design and manufacturing services to a number of industries. And it intends to build on the reputation of Genesis’s vial processing and residual seal force testing machinery by leveraging its own comprehensive engineering, manufacturing, and service resources.

“R-V is an extremely innovative company that will bring a wealth of skill, knowledge, and experience to Genesis, its operations, employees, and customers,” Genesis President Bill Seiler said.

R-V will maintain Genesis’s current location and employees.
