Systems Administrator

This position performs a variety of technical and administrative work in the operation, maintenance, and delivery of centralized computing services; installs and administers Linux and Windows Servers and related software; and performs data backup and restoration for physical and virtual servers.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline; two years of work experience with a wide range of Microsoft Products, including Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL Server; and experience installing, configuring, and managing Apache, Tomcat, and Microsoft IIS.

Assistant V.P. for Finance & Construction Compliance

This position manages all aspects of financial construction compliance for the university, including providing engineering and cost control expertise; oversees contract negotiations, bidding, and project phasing; and provides assurance of the financial viability of all university construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a constructed management related discipline and a minimum of eight years of strategic leadership experience in the financial and budgetary aspects of facilities, design, and construction in a university setting.

Operations Coordinator

This position works with the director of finance to identify funding and submit forms for opening new projects; monitors and identifies potential funding issues in active projects; and inspects each food service location bi-weekly and reports maintenance and custodial issues to appropriate staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; a minimum of three years of relevant experience; the ability to use computers to collect, compile, and assemble data and reports; and effective communication and collaboration skills.
