Software Support Specialist

This position maintains and develops new business processes for a variety of customers across the manufacturing industry. He/she collaborates with other departments to optimize the customer experience by following the Kaizen philosophy. The person gains experience by troubleshooting software problems in one of the most technically advanced, all-inclusive ERP platforms without being compartmentalized.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and have experience working in IT. He/she will be familiar with ERP, manufacturing, or accounting. The person will preferably have experience with SQL or relational databases and in customer service.

Inside Sales/Business Development

This position works independently to investigate new business opportunities, market to new clients, and build valuable relationships with future customers. He/she regularly collaborates with the marketing and senior sales teams to scope and manage the solution sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have experience in lead generation and qualification and business-to-business sales experience. The person will have strong communication skills, experience speaking with senior level executives, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

C#/.NET Software Engineer

This position assists in developing large-scale enhancements to the Deacom ERP software that drives efficiency and has a tangible impact on customer operations. He/she programs in a collaborative environment without bureaucratic oversight. The person gains experience programming in one of the most technically advanced, all-inclusive ERP platforms without being compartmentalized.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and experience with T-SQL and in developing object-oriented software applications. He/she will preferably have experience with LINQ syntax, Javascript, and JQuery. The person will be able to effectively communicate ideas to team members with varying levels of technical expertise.
